About Me
I’ve experience in the building trade for over 20 years. My father was a builder, I spent a lot of time helping on building sites as a child. I started sweeping the floors and making tea (all my apprentice’s start in the same way these days). After leaving school I became an apprentice in carpentry /joinery as well as learning the theoretical side at Camborne College.
I have naturally progressed onto site and project management on a wide range of projects.
My portfolio consists of large scale listed renovations to high-end sustainable eco new builds (and everything in between). Specialising in highly airtight energy efficient homes. Accommodating for all budgets and using my knowlage to make the best of what money is available, to use for any given build.
Being part of a family run business, I have been involved in all the on-site trades. This gives me the required background knowledge and a massive advantage when helping my clients to make informed decisions, during their build process, ensuring the smooth running/communication with all contractors.
My skill set allows me to be involved from the design stage to the completion/moving in.
The Team
The day to day team have been working with me for a considerable amout of time building peoples ideas into homes.
We all have a wide skill set that keeps the projects moving in the right direction. This lets us help one another during the build process. We work incredibly well together, potential problems that arise are flagged, considered and delt with on the spot. This makes it easier for everyone later on and keeps team morale where it should be.
I also have extensive contacts for specialist/trusted contractors that can be utilised when needed.
Ultimately our work practices make for a better finished home.
